1. I lived and taught piano in Germany for 1 1/2 years. I also got to visit Vienna, Austria and see the homes of Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, and Schubert.
2. Cappuccino is very important to me.
3. Brahms is my favorite composer…I never get tired of playing and listening to his music!
4. I always wanted to be a detective when I grew up. I still think it would be fun.
5. I’m pretty sure I make the world’s best peanut butter cookies. 🙂
6. I am learning how to play pool and it is lots of fun although I still need to practice more…
7. I am from Northern California and lived very close by to Mt. Shasta. I love going skiing there!
8. I read a lot and my favorite types of books are biographies and stories by Russian authors.
9. I like eating cake for breakfast.
10. Traveling is my favorite thing to do…I’ve driven all the way from the west coast to the east coast four different times.
11. My two sisters and I were homeschooled all the way until we went to college.
12. I’ve ridden on an elephant!
13. My favorite pet was my German Shepherd named Kelly. She knew how to play Hide and Go Seek with us!
14. My favorite flowers are California Poppies.
15. I began my teaching career at the age of six, when I made my dad learn the entire beginning piano book that I had just finished.
