Kaitlin, Voice
Kaitlin is getting her Masters in Vocal Performance at the University of Arizona and has been singing and performing for 17 years. Though she teaches every vocal style (pop, musical theater and classical), she is a professional opera singer. Kaitlin firmly believes that everyone can sing and has their own beautiful, unique voice! We simply have to uncover the inner rockstar waiting to come out. Improvement in singing is important, but it is about the journey and discoveries made along the way! Kaitlin has worked with children and adults with disabilities, as well as students in classroom and private settings. She has experience with several different learning styles and caters her teaching to the individual. She has performed with Boston Lyric Opera, Opera San Luis, Sarasota Opera, Chautauqua Opera, Boston Opera Collaborative and MetroWest Opera. She sings in several languages, including French, German, Italian and Russian. Kaitlin is a graduate of the prestigious Opera Institute in Boston and she has competed in several international competitions and was the Metropolitan Opera National Council Winner for Western United States.She loves to hike, roller skate, go to the movies and spend time with her friends and two awesome cats! She looks forward to meeting you!
