Terry is a teacher, composer, and pianist who has been teaching for over thirty years. He studied music, jazz and classical piano at the Interlochen Arts Academy and the California Institute of the Arts. He Studied Privately with Classical Greats, Leonid Hambro and Johanna Harris, as well as Jazz Piano with Jazz Great Harry Fields, becoming his teaching assistant in 1983.
