Free Online Makeup Lessons with your teacher!
Dear Allegro Families,
Beginning in October, all Allegro students and teachers will receive a subscription to Lessonmate as a part of their membership at Allegro School of Music. Lessonmate is our new online music lesson system, that will allow your instructor to create online makeup lessons for you with text, audio, pictures and videos!
We are the only music school in Tucson to offer an online portal for our teachers and students and the best part is that it is FREE for all currently enrolled students.
Here’s how it will work:
When you are absent, there is no need to notify the office or schedule a makeup. Your teacher will automatically create a makeup lesson for you on your lessonmate account. You will be responsible for reviewing the online lesson and preparing for the following week.
Here’s how you sign up:
Please make sure that we have a current email for you. We will be using the email we have on file to send you notification when your lessons are uploaded to your lessonmate account. Please stop by the office if you need to update your email.
What about the makeup classes that I am currently registered for?
Nothing is changing with your currently scheduled makeup classes. After October 1st, 2018 all makeup lessons will be through your Lessonmate account.
We are so excited to be able to offer this to all of our students, and are confident that this will greatly improve your experience and help you stay on track when you miss lessons!

Recital Registration is September 10-30!
This year you get to choose your day and time based on your teacher’s availability!
- Just stop by your home location office or give us a call to see the available times and sign up.
- Recital times are first come, first serve and are based on your teacher’s availability.
- You must have taken at least 6 months of lessons to register for the recital.
- Registration begins September 10 and is closed on October 1st.
- Recitals are held at Crowder Hall at the UA School of Music on December 9, 15 and 16.

You have all seen the beautiful pictures of our students hanging on the walls at our schools. We are happy to have photographer Karima White back this year to photograph our students. It’s free to bring your instrument and get photographed. Prints will be available for purchase.
Foothills Picture Day is October 7 from 10-12
Eastside Picture Day is October 14 from 10-12

$60.00 OFF MUSIC LESSONS EXTENDED to SEPTEMBER 30th!
